Founded in 1959 and formerly known as Colorado Boys Ranch, CBR YouthConnect (CBRYC) is a national residential treatment facility that provides accredited mental health services and education to at-risk boys, ages 10 to 21, from across the United States. it is true, many teens do try nonsense things, but they do it normally because thats what they've been taught or what seems like fun. not because of peer pressure. maybe adults should set a better example.

There is so much pressure on our youth today to do and be certain things. And, the pressure is on before the young person has had a chance to discover who it is they are. During such a vulnerable time, they are bombarded on all sides. Drugs and alcohol provide an escape from all the pressure they are dealing with constantly. It is no wonder. We need to silence the media and provide real opportunities for young people to discover their greatness along the way.

you may find that high school students try different things. And one of those things, sadly, is illegal drugs. They are coerced by their "friends" and people they may look up to, such as a teacher. People who attend high school should be given a presentation on the hazards of doing drugs.
