Do you have a legitimate reason not to approve? Sit down and talk with your daughter. Try to explain to her why you don't approve. It all kind of depends on why you don't approve.

Uh... do you have any reason you don't like him or is it just that you don't like the fact she has a boyfriend. Don't just tell her "I don't approve, get rid of him," give her a reason and if it's not that bad, just leave her alone.
